Her law school honors include graduating summa cum laude in the top 7% of her class, Order of the Curia, Executive Articles and Business Editor for Capital University Law School Law Review, and scoring in the 96th percentile on the July 2009 Ohio Bar Exam. Her article, If I Sign this Release, I Can Still Sue You Later, Right? The Current (and Future) Status of FMLA Waivers, was recently published in Volume 37 of Capital University Law School’s Law Review.
